This major Australian bank wanted to apply the insight gained from their customer data in a different and fascinating way.  Their brief to Beyond Analysis was to:

  • Turn their data into powerful business – and market – intelligence
  • Using granular data about the lives of real people and based on a combination of transactional data and market research
  • Deliver a more detailed economic picture than the standard official government statistics

We brought together multiple data sources – both internal and external – and enhanced this by undertaking regular surveys with their customer base to generate additional knowledge around specific topics.  The results of the surveys were added into the mix; the resulting insight has enabled us to get to the heart of what people think about the key issues impacting the economy and marketplace on a national level.

Results to date have been fantastic:

  • Over 100 media articles, reaching over nine million people
  • Over fifteen media interviews have been conducted
  • Coverage on all free to air TV news channels + Sky Business News
  • Nearly 4,000 copies of the second issue were downloaded from our client’s website
